The property, initially listed at $26.5 million in November 2022, four months after her accidental death from a fall, has undergone several price reductions.

The townhouse, located in Manhattan’s upscale Lennox Hill neighborhood, first saw its price reduced to $22.5 million in September 2023 after almost a year on the market. It was briefly taken off the market in October 2023, only to be relisted in June 2024 with a further price drop to $19.5 million. The listing is held by J. Roger Erickson of Douglas Elliman and Adam D. Modlin of Modlin Group.

Ivana Trump’s funeral was held at St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church in New York City on July 20, 2022. The service was attended by her ex-husband, Donald Trump, and their three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric.
