The special edition bourbon began distillation in August 2008, crafted with a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The resulting 100-proof bourbon boasts a complex flavor profile featuring notes of sweetness, spice, and smoke. Tasters can expect prominent flavors of dried cherries and caramelized elements, with a subtle hint of tobacco leaf adding an earthy warmth.
