Cincinnati-based institutions Graeter’s Ice Cream and Skyline Chili have partnered to create a limited-edition ice cream flavor just in time for the Super Bowl. Called Skyline Spice, this unique dessert combines Graeter’s French pot ice cream with Skyline’s signature chili spice mix and crunchy oyster crackers.
This “wacky-yet-wonderful” collaboration, announced on January 24th, blends the best of both worlds from two beloved Cincinnati eateries. The flavor aims to capture the essence of Skyline’s famous chili, often served over spaghetti, in a frozen dessert form.

Launching just in time for the Super Bowl, Skyline Spice will be available starting January 27th. Customers can enjoy 5-oz. scoops at all Skyline Chili restaurants across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida. The ice cream will also be available by the scoop or pint at all Graeter’s shops. Pints will be sold at select Kroger stores in Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville, as well as online at Graeters.com for nationwide shipping.
