Tom Brady, the legendary NFL quarterback, is reportedly planning to sell his $17 million Indian Creek Village home in Miami, Florida. This news comes after his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen. A source close to Brady told PEOPLE that while he’s looking to sell the expansive property, he intends to remain in the Miami area, simply downsizing to a smaller residence.

Brady and Bündchen initially moved to Florida from Massachusetts in 2020. They briefly rented a mansion owned by former New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter before purchasing the land in Indian Creek Village. Known for its exclusivity and affluent residents, the island boasts a private police force and a secured bridge entrance. The couple purchased the land for $17 million and subsequently built a custom-designed 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 5,700 square foot mansion.

Designed by architect Scott Mitchell, the home’s 2023 assessed value, according to Zillow, was approximately $28.6 million. Following their separation, Brady also rented a luxurious condo unit in the Fendi Chateau in Miami Beach. The couple, who divorced in October 2022, share two children: son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11. Brady also has a 17-year-old son, Jack, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion has offered glimpses of his Miami mansion on social media, sharing photos of the glass exterior, the pool, the ocean views, and the interior living spaces. One Instagram post showcased the sunlit living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting a dining area with a dark wood table and woven chairs.

Another photo captured the mansion’s modern architecture against an orange sunset, revealing a meticulously landscaped backyard and pool area. In another post featuring a sunrise over his pool, surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery, Brady captioned the image, “Home is where the heart is,” accompanied by three red heart emojis.
