Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville is sharing her journey battling a mysterious illness that she believes is causing facial disfigurement. Glanville suspects the culprit is “parasites” and recently underwent a lymphatic drainage treatment, documenting the experience on social media.
In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) on January 31st, the 52-year-old can be seen shaking intensely while using a lymphatic drainage machine, a device that uses vibrations to stimulate blood flow, reduce fluid buildup, and alleviate pain. “I will shake for the rest of my life if this thing gets out of my body,” Glanville stated in the video.
She further elaborated in the caption, linking her current health issues to a past incident involving black mold poisoning: “Ok so about 5 years ago the boys & I had black mold poisoning from a toxic house we lived in we got a six figure settlement buuuuuut this is CRAZY!”
Glanville tagged renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, known for his work on the television show Botched, indicating he is involved in her treatment. “Let’s get this f—er🙏” she wrote, to which Dubrow responded, “On it!!”
On January 30th, Glanville shared that Dr. Dubrow had taken four biopsies from her face and neck to determine the cause of her facial disfigurement. “Yes guys @DrDubrow took 4 tiny biopsy’s from my face and neck so we can continue to get better 💕ez pz no pain I was in and out on 30 minutes now we wait🙏🙏🙏🙏,” she posted.

Dr. Dubrow had previously spoken to TMZ on January 29th, stating that he was preparing to perform a surgical tissue sampling on Glanville and praised her bravery. He expressed his commitment to helping her recover.
Glanville’s health struggles have been ongoing. In December, she revealed she had spent over $70,000 seeking treatment for the suspected “parasite” responsible for her facial disfigurement. She expressed frustration that previous treatments provided only temporary relief.
“I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialize,” Glanville shared. “I don’t go out and I’m just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what’s wrong with me.” The reality star’s ongoing health battle continues to be a significant challenge.
