Turner’s experience in home renovation and design, honed through her appearances on Rock the Block and Flip or Flop: Nashville, makes her well-suited for the role. She also starred in her own series, Fix My Flip, where she invested in and renovated struggling flipping projects.
Loren Ruch, Head of Content for HGTV, expressed confidence in Turner’s abilities, citing her real estate and design background as a significant advantage in the show’s competitive format. He anticipates a strong dynamic between Turner and Visentin.

Farr’s decision to leave Love It or List It after 15 years stemmed from a desire for new challenges.
