The New Partners Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential partners aligned with Unilever’s strategic objectives.
- Develop partnership proposals: Craft compelling partnership proposals outlining the value proposition, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Onboard and support new partners: Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance: Track key metrics and analyze partner performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in one or more of the following Southeast Asian languages: Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Cantonese, or Indonesian.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
