BLACKPINK’s Rosé is the Face of SKIMS’ 2025 Valentine’s Day Campaign

BLACKPINK’s Rosé is adding another impressive title to her already extensive resume: SKIMS Valentine’s Day ambassador. The 27-year-old singer, known for her captivating vocals and stylish presence as a member of the globally renowned K-Pop group, stars in the brand’s 2025 Valentine’s Day campaign. Rosé, a fashion icon in her own right, frequently graces front rows at Fashion Weeks worldwide and serves as a muse for numerous high-profile designers.

The campaign, shot by photographer Carin Backoff, showcases Rosé modeling pieces from SKIMS’ Valentine’s Day Shop, including the Velvet Lace Slip Dress, the Soft Lounge Hoodie and Boxer Set, and the Romance Cami and Short Set. The collection officially launched on January 23rd, both in stores and online.

“Valentine’s Day has always held a special place in my heart,” Rosé shared in a press release. “Maybe it’s also because it’s only a few days after my birthday [February 11th], it feels special to me, almost like a second round of a birthday.” She added, “This collection captures that feeling with pieces that are both romantic and cute. I had an amazing time shooting this campaign, and I hope everyone feels as confident and beautiful in these pieces as I did.”

In an interview with Vogue, Rosé confessed her long-standing admiration for SKIMS, particularly the Seamless collection. She humorously recounted her experiences trying to snag pieces during restocks, saying, “I’ve been one of those girls who have gone online on the day SKIMS says they are going to restock, and put everything in my shopping cart only to find out everything is sold out already. So yeah, I’ve been heartbroken by online shopping.” Now part of the SKIMS family, she’s excited to finally own some of her favorite pieces.

Kim Kardashian, co-founder and chief creative officer of SKIMS, praised Rosé, stating: “Her elegance and energy are unmatched, she’s the ultimate Valentine for 2025. This collection is romantic, fun, and full of personality, and ROSÉ captured that beautifully.”

SKIMS has strategically collaborated with a diverse range of celebrities, including Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Goldie Hawn and her children Kate and Oliver Hudson, iconic supermodels like Tyra Banks and Heidi Klum, and Olivia Munn.

Rosé, whose full name is Roseanne Park, debuted with BLACKPINK in 2016. Since then, she and her fellow members Jennie Kim, Lisa Manobal, and Jisoo Kim have achieved international stardom. Alongside their group activities, each member has pursued solo endeavors. Rosé released her debut solo single “On the Ground” in 2021, followed by her first studio album, R, in December 2024.
