HGTV star Christina Haack disclosed on a recent episode of The Flip Off that her estranged husband, Josh Hall, requested a $3.5 million settlement in their ongoing divorce proceedings. The couple separated in July 2024 after nearly three years of marriage.
Haack, 41, shared the news with her business partners, contractor Michael Lange and designer Kylie Wing, during a scene on the February 8th episode of The Flip Off. When Lange inquired about an upcoming court date, Haack revealed it had been postponed due to Hall’s “horrible offer.” She stated that Hall had requested $3.5 million, which Wing sarcastically deemed “a very fair offer.” Haack humorously confirmed that Hall himself considered the request fair. Representatives for both Haack and Hall have been contacted for comment.

This revelation follows previous reports of financial disputes between the couple. In July 2024, Hall filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” and requested spousal support. In October 2024, Haack countered in legal documents, alleging that Hall had demanded $65,000 per month in spousal support. At the time, she contested this request, claiming it was “outrageous” given Hall’s self-sufficiency and recent expenditure of over $70,000 to pay off a Bentley lease. Hall responded to these allegations on social media, asserting that Haack’s legal declarations were “riddled with lies and assumptions.”

The couple’s contentious split has been a recurring theme on The Flip Off. In the series premiere, Haack emotionally confided in her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, about the breakdown of her marriage to Hall. She described a major “blow up” involving “middle fingers in [her] face” that led her children to request she leave Hall, claiming he was not nice to her.

Another episode featured a heated exchange where Hall told Haack to “shut up.” He later characterized the scene on social media as “manufactured drama.”

Initially, The Flip Off was conceived as a house-flipping competition between Haack and Hall versus El Moussa and his wife, Heather. Following Haack and Hall’s separation, Hall’s involvement in the show remained uncertain. The premiere ultimately revealed that Haack would be partnering with Lange and Wing instead.
