The driver allegedly told her that Combs “liked younger girls” and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.”
Following the awards show, the driver allegedly transported the then-13-year-old girl to a large white house. Upon arrival, she was reportedly asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, prohibiting her from discussing any events that transpired at the party. Inside, the lawsuit describes a scene of lavish excess, with numerous celebrities, flowing drinks, and rampant drug use, including marijuana and cocaine.
The lawsuit claims that after consuming a single drink – described as a “reddish-yellow mixture” – the teenager began feeling disoriented. She sought refuge in an empty bedroom to rest, where she was allegedly confronted by Combs and two other unnamed celebrities, a man and a woman. Combs allegedly approached her with a “crazed look” and declared, “You are ready to party!”
The lawsuit then details the alleged assault, claiming that Combs and the other male celebrity raped the teen while the female celebrity watched.
