DWTS Alum Lindsay Arnold Details Breast Augmentation and Recovery

Former Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Lindsay Arnold recently underwent breast augmentation and a breast lift. She has been candid with her followers on social media, sharing details about her surgery and recovery process, including implant size, scar placement, and the challenges of parenting two young children while recovering.

Arnold opted for 265 cc implants after consulting with her surgeon. She explained on TikTok that she initially considered sizes ranging from 245 cc to 300 cc, but ultimately decided on 265 cc as the ideal fit for her frame. She desired a natural, supple feel and chose a “moderate plus” profile for a less dramatic projection. Arnold also underwent a breast lift to address excess skin and achieve a more lifted appearance. This procedure resulted in an anchor-shaped scar, a common outcome of breast lifts, which she openly discussed with her followers. In addition to the augmentation and lift, Arnold received an internal mesh bra called Galaflex to provide additional support.

Arnold has been documenting her post-surgery routine, which includes resting with special pillows to elevate her knees and back while her breasts remain wrapped. One particular challenge she highlighted was the inability to lift her children due to recovery restrictions. Arnold humorously recounted a 10-minute struggle to coax her daughter June out of her car seat. Despite these difficulties, she expressed gratitude for the support she’s received from her followers.
