A Florida woman was taken into custody following an incident where she allegedly attempted to stab a sheriff’s deputy using a tool designed for fixing flat tires. The incident, which transpired on May 11th in Flagler County, Florida, began with an emergency call reporting a woman riding her bicycle against traffic, narrowly avoiding multiple collisions.

According to investigators, the woman, identified as 41-year-old Bree Anne Gallery, was also reportedly keying vehicles while riding past them on her bike. Body camera footage released by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office shows a deputy responding to the scene and pursuing Gallery. As the deputy attempts to apprehend her, Gallery can be heard yelling about TV producers and referencing being recorded.
Throughout the altercation, Gallery repeatedly mentions being filmed, even as she resists arrest. The situation escalates when she allegedly tries to stab the deputy with what officials describe as a sharp tire repair tool.

Despite her resistance, deputies were able to subdue Gallery using a taser. Even after being handcuffed, she continued to struggle with first responders. Gallery is currently facing multiple charges, including aggravated battery and resisting arrest with violence.
This incident is not Gallery’s first encounter with law enforcement. She has a prior arrest record that includes charges of domestic violence and disorderly intoxication.
