In a disturbing incident captured on police body camera footage, a 43-year-old Indiana woman named Sierra Malloy was arrested for allegedly setting fire to an American flag outside a Spectrum Communications store and replacing it with a flag associated with ISIS. The incident occurred on June 11th in Evansville, Indiana.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers encountered Malloy, who readily admitted to taking down the business’s American flag, setting it ablaze, and replacing it with the other flag. Throughout the encounter, Malloy exhibited erratic behavior and made several alarming statements, including threats to decapitate the officers.
“Don’t forget I own you,” Malloy can be heard saying in the bodycam footage. “Yeah, y’all gonna get fired because I feel good your head’s off.”

Malloy’s bizarre rant continued as she wished the officers a happy 9/11 and claimed to be associated with Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. She also made unsettling allegations about children being hidden under government buildings.
“Happy 9/11…yeah, you’ve been hit by terrorists for the worst time you just don’t know it yet, indeed,” Malloy stated. “You sir, bow, you got children on these government buildings, confusing them, drinking their blood.”
When officers questioned Malloy about potential drug use, she refused to answer and instead accused them of selling children to pedophiles.
“What kind of drugs? I ain’t on no drugs,” Malloy retorted. “You sell my children to pedophiles.”
The body camera footage concludes with officers discovering the flag that Malloy had allegedly used to replace the American flag.
“What is that?” an officer can be heard asking.
“It is an Islamic right now,” Malloy responds.
“Yeah, that’s right.”
Following the incident, Malloy was taken into custody and now faces multiple charges, including criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and flag desecration. This unsettling event serves as a stark reminder of the unpredictable and often disturbing nature of criminal activity.
