Jon Bon Jovi, the renowned rock star, openly expresses his immense pride in his son Jesse’s accomplishments with their joint venture, Hampton Water Wine. The father-son duo launched the Rosé label in 2018, and Jon has been consistently impressed with Jesse’s leadership and vision for the brand.
Jon emphasizes that he has trusted Jesse’s judgment almost implicitly throughout the process. “I have to say that 99.9% of everything Jess has come up with, I’ve just said yes,” Jon stated at a recent Hampton Water event in New York City. He highlighted their immediate agreement on the brand name as a testament to their shared vision.
For Jesse, the collaborative experience with his father has been both rewarding and enjoyable. He acknowledges that neither of them had prior experience in the wine industry, making their journey a shared learning process. “When we first started, it’s not like I went to him and said, ‘I want to start a rock band.’ We had this idea, and we were both very green in it,” Jesse explained. They relied on open communication, brainstorming, and experimentation to build the brand from the ground up.

The recent Hampton Water event held in a repurposed laundromat proved to be particularly emotional for Jon. Seeing the tangible results of Jesse’s hard work and the brand’s success brought him to tears. Jon proudly shared that he has no direct involvement in the business, attributing its achievements entirely to Jesse’s efforts. He marveled at Hampton Water becoming the No. 3 premium rosé in the country.
Jesse echoed his father’s sentiments, describing the journey as a “blast.” He recounted their travels to Dubai, Germany, and London to expand the brand, highlighting the unique experiences they’ve shared due to their collaboration.
While Jon is immensely proud of Jesse’s accomplishments with Hampton Water, he also emphasizes his pride in all of his children’s pursuits. He mentioned Stephanie’s potential as a future leader, Jake’s burgeoning film and producing career, and Romeo’s promising musical talent.

Jon’s unwavering support and admiration for his children are evident. He acknowledges their individual talents and celebrates their respective successes. In a playful closing remark, Jesse jokingly declared himself the “favorite” child, adding a lighthearted touch to the heartfelt narrative of family and entrepreneurial achievement.
