“A little weight gain and aging isn’t something I call a failure,” Wilkinson stated. She emphasized her commitment to maintaining her physical and mental health, saying she does “enough every day to keep myself standing upright, healthy, mentally healthy and smiling.” She views overcoming challenges as transformative experiences that shape individuals into new people.
