"You're Going to Have a Bad Time": Woman's Drunken Outburst Lands Her in Jail

A night of revelry in Clearwater, Florida took a dramatic turn for 28-year-old Nicole Aselin, whose intoxicated antics escalated into a confrontation with law enforcement, ultimately landing her behind bars.

The incident began inside a bustling bar, where Aselin’s increasingly disruptive behavior caught the attention of security personnel. According to the bouncer, Aselin’s actions grew progressively worse, prompting him to escort her towards the exit. However, the situation quickly spiraled out of control when Aselin allegedly lashed out, kicking the bouncer in the legs.

Responding to the commotion, police arrived at the scene to find Aselin pinned to the ground by the security guard. Despite her evident intoxication, Aselin vehemently denied any wrongdoing, insisting that she was the victim of unwarranted aggression.

“Those men were literally attacking me for the whole night,” she slurred, pointing fingers at the surrounding crowd. “This guy won’t stop touching me!”

As officers attempted to ascertain the sequence of events, Aselin’s defiance grew, her words laced with a mixture of self-pity and threats.

“I’m telling you as a woman, I’m the only one in here,” she declared, her voice thick with alcohol. “They’re all lying!”

Efforts to de-escalate the situation proved futile as Aselin’s belligerence intensified. Her repeated demands for her phone to contact her lawyer were met with firm instructions to comply with the officers’ requests.

“You’re going to make this worse, dude,” an officer warned as Aselin continued to resist.

Ignoring their cautions, Aselin’s behavior escalated, transforming from verbal defiance to physical resistance. She was eventually subdued and placed in the back of a patrol car.

Confined to the back seat, Aselin’s drunken tirade continued, punctuated by incoherent ramblings and self-aggrandizing pronouncements. She boasted about her connections, claiming to have “five lawyers” at her disposal.

“This is bad for y’all right now,” she warned, her words echoing within the confines of the vehicle. “I requested a superior officer!”

Her intoxicated state, however, did not prevent her from revealing embarrassing personal details, including the contents of her purse, which officers had retrieved.

“He’s searching the teeth that I had in my wallet!” she exclaimed, her voice a mixture of amusement and mortification.

Aselin’s confidence, however, seemed to stem from a misplaced sense of entitlement, as she repeatedly invoked the influence of her father, threatening the officers with repercussions.

“Do you know who my dad is?” she taunted. “All y’all are getting fired!”

As officers prepared to transport Aselin to the station, her antics took another unexpected turn. Taking advantage of a momentary lapse in attention, Aselin managed to maneuver her handcuffed hands from behind her back to the front.

“Put those things back behind you!” an exasperated officer instructed. “That’s a charge if you don’t.”

Feigned ignorance and a barrage of excuses followed as Aselin attempted to justify her actions, promising to cooperate while simultaneously testing the boundaries of the officers’ patience.

“This is literally all I can do right now,” she pleaded. “I can’t move my arms and legs, but I won’t do anything crazy, I’m telling you right now.”

Eventually secured back in the patrol car, Aselin’s demands for a superior officer continued. Her pleas were met with a surprising revelation – the officer she had been addressing was, in fact, a sergeant.

Undeterred, Aselin’s verbal assaults continued, culminating in a particularly vulgar outburst directed at one of the officers.

“Your mustache is trash, and you’re a piece of [expletive] and a homo,” she spat, her words laced with venom.

The final straw, however, came as officers attempted to transfer Aselin to a different transport vehicle. As they struggled to control her flailing limbs, Aselin allegedly kicked out, striking one of the officers.

“You just turned your misdemeanor into a felony,” the officer stated, his voice firm. “You kicked me.”

Aselin’s protestations and accusations were ignored as she was swiftly whisked away, her night of drunken escapades culminating in a slew of charges.

Following the incident, Nicole Aselin was booked on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She ultimately pleaded guilty to both charges, her night of misguided revelry serving as a harsh reminder of the consequences of excessive alcohol consumption and blatant disregard for the law.
